Cutting-edge technology

Our line is a recent investment (2015): we use state-of-the-art equipment to manufacture our SMC tablecloths. Our technology ensures a homogeneous distribution of fibers with a homogeneous blend of polymer resins, mineral fillers and other components creating a high quality blend, formulated in-house and suitable to meet our customers’ needs.

Custom Formulations

High-performance presses

Our production process is based on the use of high-performance presses ranging from 500t to 1500t. These presses are designed to exert precise, constant pressure, enabling us to create SMC products with exceptional mechanical strength and unrivalled dimensional accuracy. This state-of-the-art technology ensures that every product meets the most stringent quality standards.

Our press fleet

Regularly maintained and upgraded, our fleet of 13 presses ranging from 500 to 1250 tons, (platen sizes up to 2.7m x 2.5 m) enables us to produce a vast range of thermoset composite products for all industries seeking lightweight, dimensional stability and high mechanical properties. All this, while making parts lighter than alternative materials.
